I would like to take an opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for The Landlord's Helper. The Landlord's Helper joined my team doing both maintenance & remodeling since 2003 and on site property management as a whole for the last five years.

The Landlord's Helper team exhibits the qualities and knowledge that are essential to any property owner or property management team. I believe that with the needed funding and equipment and labor needed to accommodate her disability, the owner, Claudia Cook and her company will succeed. I highly recommend The Landlord's Helper for your rental property needs.

The Landlord's Helper will be relocating due to the owner's family circumstances as well as an opportunity to enlarge their customer data base. The notice was more than sufficient and I will be sorry to see them go.
